Booking & Cancellation Policy

• To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit required for all bookings.

• We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours will result in loss of your deposit.

• While we understand that extenuating circumstances can occur, If you need to cancel on the day of your appointment, the full fee for the treatment may apply.

• Arriving late for your appointment may result in it being shortened or rescheduled
